Dr. Pen M9 Wireless Microneedling Pen
The Dr. Pen M9 is a rechargeable wireless microneedling pen built around electronic needle-depth control, six adjustable speed levels and an intelligent cartridge recognition system. Unlike Dr. Pen models that rely on a traditional manual depth dial, the M9 allows needle depth to be adjusted electronically using the device controls.
The M9 supports needle-depth adjustment up to 2.5 mm with fine increments of approximately 0.2 mm. Six speed levels provide an operating range of approximately 6,300–7,700 RPM, allowing users to select different combinations of depth and speed for compatible cosmetic microneedling routines.
The Dr. Pen M9 also uses its own dedicated smart cartridge platform. Compatible options include 18-Pin, 36-Pin, 42-Pin and Nano-Round cartridges, giving users different choices for focused microneedling, broader coverage and cosmetic surface-contact skincare routines.
Replacement cartridges should always be selected specifically for the Dr. Pen M9 because cartridges from other Dr. Pen models may use different connection systems and are not interchangeable simply because they have the same pin count.

Note: Nano-Round is a Nano-style surface-contact cartridge and should not be described in the same way as the traditional 18-Pin, 36-Pin and 42-Pin microneedling cartridges.
